The Bangalore Electricity Supply Company has scheduled a maintenance power cut across parts of Bengaluru on July 26, running from 10 am to 5 pm.
Areas affected include New KHB Colony, Bande Mutt, Sachidananda Nagar and Hoysala Circle, along with layouts served by the Tavarekere and Byadarahalli substations.
BESCOM crews are carrying out line strengthening work and replacing switchgear equipment during the outage window.
Residents have been advised to track real-time outage updates through the BESCOM Mithra mobile app or by calling the 1912 helpline.
Such scheduled maintenance outages are carried out periodically across different parts of the city as part of BESCOM’s infrastructure upkeep.
